Milestone 1 - Pre-Construction

During the initial building process, site selection is the top priority. After selecting the perfect site, we will begin meetings with an architect for preliminary design kick-off. We will develop a preliminary budget, which will be massaged and eventually finalized along with your home design

Milestone 2 - Construction Start

Construction begins with ground breaking and preliminary site preparation work for your foundation. We will start footing work as per type of foundation and we start pouring home foundation, the house will be framed, doors and windows will be installed, Insulation will be put on the exterior walls and all the rough in for MEP (mechanical, electric, and plumbing) will be done during this stage. Selected exterior building materials will be installed, including roofing material and style. At this stage, we will start making list of your custom interior selections.

Milestone 3 - Interior Construction

At this stage, we conduct pre-drywall meeting with homeowner for final framing changes before we put drywalls. As soon as we finish drywall, we will begin installing flooring, cabinet, interior trim and countertops. At this phase, we start ordering your appliances and decorative fixtures due to longer lead time on some of the custom items.

Milestone 4 - Finish Out

At phase four, we install plumbing fixtures, appliances and lighting fixtures, as well as we will install your approved interior doors and cabinet hardware. We will start installing house flatwork, irrigation and landscape as per approved plans and Once every detail is complete and the punch out list is finished, then it's time to move in to your new custom home!
